- Kampala Metropolitan Area: Including surrounding areas like Entebbe, Wakiso.
- Rest of Uganda (Upcountry): We partner with reputable courier services to deliver to major towns and districts across the country.
2. Order Processing & Production Time Please note that “delivery time” begins after your order has completed its production and quality control checks.
- Production Times: Varies significantly based on the product (e.g., business cards, large format banners, custom apparel) and quantity. Estimated production times are provided at the time of quotation or during the order confirmation process.
- Readiness Notification: You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your order is complete and ready for dispatch or pickup.
3. Shipping Times Once your order is ready for dispatch:
- Kampala Metropolitan Area:
- Standard Delivery: 1-2 business days.
- Rush Orders: Same-day or next-day delivery might be available for urgent orders, subject to prior arrangement and additional charges.
- Rest of Uganda (Upcountry):
- Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days, depending on the specific location and courier schedules.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location (Kampala vs. Upcountry) and the size/weight of your order.

- Free Delivery: We may offer free delivery for orders exceeding a certain value within specific zones. Any such offers will be clearly advertised on our website or communicated during your order.
5. Local Pickup (Kampala) For customers in Kampala who prefer to collect their orders directly, we offer a convenient local pickup option:

6. Order Tracking For most dispatched orders, especially for upcountry deliveries, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order leaves our facility. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
7. Delivery Process
- Receipt Confirmation: A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of your order.
- Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery or leave instructions for collection at a local depot. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
8. Damaged or Lost Orders In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it to the delivery personnel and contact BrandAds Ltd. immediately within 24 hours of receipt.
