At BrandAds Ltd., we are committed to providing you with high-quality printing and branding solutions in Uganda. Due to the custom and personalized nature of most of our products and services, our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure fairness while accounting for the unique characteristics of bespoke items.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Commitment to Quality
We stand by the quality of our work. If you receive a product that is defective, significantly different from the approved final proof due to our error, or damaged during transit (provided it was adequately packaged by us), we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a reprint, credit, or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Defective Product: The product has a manufacturing defect or a flaw that impacts its intended use.
- Production Error: The final product materially differs from the final approved proof due to an error on BrandAds’ part (e.g., wrong material used, significant color mismatch not due to screen calibration differences, incorrect quantity, major misprint).
- Damage in Transit: The product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging by BrandAds.
- Non-Custom Items: For any non-custom items purchased (if applicable) that are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Items NOT Eligible for Returns & Refunds (Unless due to BrandAds’ error):
Due to the custom nature of our services, we generally cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Customer Errors: This includes, but is not limited to:
- Typographical errors, spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or incorrect information provided by the customer in the original artwork or text.
- Low-resolution images, blurred logos, or design flaws present in the artwork supplied by the customer.
- Incorrect product specifications chosen by the customer (e.g., wrong size, material, finish, quantity) after the order is confirmed and approved.
- Discrepancies in color that are due to variations between screen displays (RGB) and printed output (CMYK), which are inherent in the printing process and beyond our control. We recommend requesting a physical proof for exact color matching where critical.
- Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you simply change your mind after the order has been processed, designed, or printed.
- Products that have been used or altered after delivery.
- Delays in Delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers, once the product has left our premises and tracking information is provided.
3. Return & Refund Process
- Initiate Request: You must notify BrandAds of any issues or defects within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. Please send an email to info@brandadsltd.com or call us at +256702052607.
- Provide Details: In your notification, include:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear description of the issue or defect.
- Photographic evidence (clear photos or videos) of the defect, damage, or discrepancy compared to the approved proof.
- Assessment: Our team will review your claim. We may request that you return the defective product to us for assessment. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and, if the error is ours, cover the return shipping costs.
- Resolution:
- If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Reprint your order correcting the error, usually at no additional cost to you.
- Offer a store credit for future purchases.
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within a specified number of business days (e.g., 7-14 business days), depending on the nature of the defect.

Orders for custom printed products cannot be cancelled once the design process has begun, or once the order has been sent to production, whichever comes first. For non-custom items, cancellations may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched, subject to a processing fee.
