At BrandAds Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to deliver 100% satisfaction with our printing and branding services. However, if you’re unsatisfied, here’s our policy:

1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

We accept returns or issue refunds only under these conditions:

  • Printing Errors: Mistakes due to our fault (e.g., misprints, incorrect files used, or damaged products).

  • Shipping Damage: Items damaged during transit (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof).

  • Non-Delivery: If your order isn’t delivered within the promised timeframe.

Non-eligible Cases:

  • Changes to design/artwork after approval.

  • Dislikes due to subjective preferences (e.g., color shades on screens vs. print).

  • Discounted/custom orders (e.g., bulk packaging, personalized merch).

2. How to Request a Refund/Return
